MNS low-voltage drawer cabinet, also known as MNS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear, is a combination low-voltage switchgear developed by ABB Group and assembled by the factory using standard modules. This product complies with the national standards GB7251, VDE660, and ZBK36001-89 "Low voltage withdrawable switchgear" and the international standard IEC439. The MNS low-voltage drawer cabinet is suitable for three-phase five wire power supply systems with AC 50 (60) Hz, rated operating voltage of 400V or 660V, and rated current of 5000A and below.

在技術參數方面，MNS柜的額定絕緣電壓可達690V（主回路），輔助回路電壓可選AC220V、AC380V、DC110V、DC220V等多種規格。主母線額定工作電流（IP3X防護等級時）可達4000A，垂直母線額定電流可達1000A（抽出式）或2000A（拔插式）。短路耐受能力是衡量開關柜安全性能的重要指標，MNS柜主母線的額定短時耐受電流可達50kA、65kA、80kA甚至100kA（1s有效值），額定峰值耐受電流非常高可達220kA（0.1s）。外殼防護等級標準型為IP3X，也可根據需求提供IP31、IP4X、IP43等不同等級。

In terms of technical parameters, the rated insulation voltage of MNS cabinet can reach 690V (main circuit), and the auxiliary circuit voltage can be selected from various specifications such as AC220V, AC380V, DC110V, DC220V, etc. The rated working current of the main busbar (IP3X protection level) can reach 4000A, and the rated current of the vertical busbar can reach 1000A (withdrawable) or 2000A (plug-in). The short-circuit withstand capability is an important indicator for measuring the safety performance of switchgear. The rated short-time withstand current of the main busbar of the MNS cabinet can reach 50kA, 65kA, 80kA, or even 100kA (effective value for 1 second), and the maximum rated peak withstand current can reach 220kA (0.1s). The standard protection level of the shell is IP3X, and different levels such as IP31, IP4X, IP43 can also be provided according to demand.

MNS柜柜體采用25mm為模數的C型型材（即C型材）通過連接件組裝而成。C型材以E=25mm為模數孔的鋼板彎制而成，全部結構件經過鍍鋅處理，通過自攻鎖緊螺釘或8.8級六角螺栓堅固連接成基本柜架。在此基礎上，根據方案變化加裝門、隔板、安裝支架以及母線功能單元等部件，組裝成完整的開關柜。MNS柜結構設計緊湊，以較小的空間容納較多的功能單元。母線采用高強度阻燃型、高絕緣強度的塑料功能板保護，具有抗故障電弧性能，使運行維修安全可靠。

The MNS cabinet body is assembled using 25mm module C-shaped profiles (i.e. C-shaped profiles) through connectors. The C-shaped profile is made by bending steel plates with E=25mm modular holes, and all structural components are galvanized. They are firmly connected to form the basic cabinet frame through self tapping locking screws or 8.8 grade hexagonal bolts. On this basis, according to the changes in the plan, install doors, partitions, installation brackets, and busbar functional units to assemble a complete switchgear. The MNS cabinet has a compact structural design, accommodating a large number of functional units in a small space. The busbar is protected by high-strength flame-retardant and high insulation strength plastic functional boards, which have anti fault arc performance and ensure safe and reliable operation and maintenance.

MNS型低壓抽屜柜的核心優勢在于其抽屜式模塊化設計。抽屜單元設有工作位置、試驗位置、抽出位置、隔離位置四種狀態，每一位置都與主開關實現機械聯鎖，并可在操作手柄上掛鎖，從而保證了操作的可靠性和操作人員的人身安全。抽屜規格有五種標準尺寸，均以8E（200mm）為高度基準，分別為8E/4、8E/2、8E、16E和24E。其中，8E/4（高度50mm）和8E/2（高度100mm）兩種小型抽屜采用阻燃型塑料和鋁合金型材組成。MCC柜的有效安裝高度為72E（即1800mm），非常多可裝36個出線回路。雙面操作柜非常多可裝72個抽屜單元。

The core advantage of MNS type low-voltage drawer cabinet lies in its drawer style modular design. The drawer unit has four states: working position, testing position, extraction position, and isolation position. Each position is mechanically interlocked with the main switch and can be padlocked on the operating handle, ensuring the reliability of operation and the personal safety of operators. There are five standard sizes for drawer specifications, all based on a height of 8E (200mm), namely 8E/4, 8E/2, 8E, 16E, and 24E. Among them, the two small drawers of 8E/4 (50mm height) and 8E/2 (100mm height) are made of flame-retardant plastic and aluminum alloy profiles. The effective installation height of MCC cabinet is 72E (1800mm), and it can accommodate up to 36 outgoing circuits. The double-sided operation cabinet can accommodate up to 72 drawer units.

MNS柜的柜內布局通常分為四個隔室：水平母線隔室位于柜體后部，功能單元隔室位于柜前上部或柜前左邊，電纜隔室位于相應位置，形成了清晰的功能分區。柜體結構支持多種進出線方案，包括上進上出、上進下出、下進上出、下進下出等。主母線布置于柜體中部的公用母線小室內，保證了人員的高安全性，并能有效承受系統非常高短路電流。產品使用條件要求：戶內使用，海拔不超過2000m；周圍空氣溫度不高于+40℃、不低于-5℃，24小時內平均溫度不高于+35℃；相對濕度在+40℃時不超過50%，在較低溫度時允許有較大的相對濕度；裝置安裝時與垂直面傾斜不超過5°。

The layout inside the MNS cabinet is usually divided into four compartments: the horizontal busbar compartment is located at the rear of the cabinet, the functional unit compartment is located at the upper front or left front of the cabinet, and the cable compartment is located at the corresponding position, forming a clear functional partition. The cabinet structure supports multiple inlet and outlet schemes, including upper inlet and upper outlet, upper inlet and lower outlet, lower inlet and upper outlet, lower inlet and lower outlet, etc. The main busbar is arranged in the common busbar compartment in the middle of the cabinet, ensuring high safety for personnel and effectively withstanding the highest short-circuit current of the system. Product usage requirements: indoor use, altitude not exceeding 2000m; ambient air temperature not higher than+40 ℃, not lower than -5 ℃, average temperature within 24 hours not higher than+35 ℃; The relative humidity should not exceed 50% at+40 ℃, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures; When installing the device, the inclination with respect to the vertical plane should not exceed 5 degrees.
